Condition

Overall very good condition. The exterior of the case and top surface with small and minor surface scratches, edge abrasions and minor edge losses consistent with gentle use. The original pandanus cloth is in very good condition with some minor wear and losses to the portions of the doors where one would grasp the door in the action of opening or closing (as seen in the catalogue illustration). The interior of the proper right compartment is fitted with two removable shelves and they retain the original shelf pins. The left compartment is fitted with four fixed drawers. The exterior of the case is executed in a beautifully figured board showing a nice variation of color and wonderful care through the years.
