Description
- porcelain
delicately potted with deep rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a gently flared rim, the exterior richly enamelled in yellow with two dragons writhing sinuously in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' amidst cloud swirls and lotus lappets, all reserved against an underglaze-blue ground, the interior similarly painted with a blue-ground medallion enclosing a yellow dragon, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark within a double-circle

Condition
The overall condition is quite good, with the exception of a small burst bubble with an associated curved firing crack. The mouthrim has minor fritting, leading to slight discolouration.
