Condition

Hendrik Gerrit ten Cate: Laid down. Scattered foxing, more concentrated in the sky (upper section of the sheet). Colours are still strong and vibrant.. Sold in a gilded frame. Jacob Cats: Hinged to the mount at the upper margin. A number of brown stains scattered throughout the sheet, more visible in the upper right section of the sheet. Pen and brown ink remain strong.
