- PORCELAIN
- 22cm diameter
each with rounded sides, the exterior decorated with four roundels enclosing the Eight Daoist Immortals, reserved on a diaper ground, all between floral and ruyi bands, the base with an apocryphal Chenghua mark
Condition
Both bowls have firtting and minor chips to the rim. General surface wear and minor glaze firing imperfections.
One bowl has two 3.2cm firing cracks running horizontally along the lower body above the foot. The biscuit porcelain fired to a buff-orange tone in certain areas.
