each painted with panelled designs enclosing floral sprays

Condition

One ewer with the spout broken and repaired. There is restoration around the rim, the tip of the spout, the tips of the handle and around the mouthrim. The other ewer has restoration along the tip of the spout, the rim and the tips of the handle. There is a 1cm firing crack across the foot. Both covers have restoration around the finial. There are general fritting and glaze firing imperfections. The cobalt blue of the two ewers appear to be slightly different.
