both painted in Kakiemon style, the saucer dish with the 'Flying Fox' pattern with a small rat rustling through banded hedges, the saucer in the 'Two Quails' pattern, the quails flanked by flowering plants, the reverse with two dancing cranes, both with a shaped rim edged in brown, hunting horn marks in iron-red, minor damage
Condition
the saucer dish has a flat shallow chip to the inside edge of the rim, there are two minute chips to the rim of the saucer.
