  • GLASS
  • the tallest: 18.2cm high., 7 1/8 in. high
of various sizes with ogee, bell and trumpet shaped bowls set on multiple-spiral opaque-twist stems, two on a stem with a red an opaque-white spiral thread encasing a central opaque gauze together with 15 wrythen moulded glasses, a set of four ruby tinted glasses in Venetian style and three ‘façon-de-venise’ glasses 

Condition

the opaque twist glasses: 1 is chipped and crack at the rim 1 has a rim chip 1 has a rim chip and footrim chip 1 has two footrim chips 1 has a section of the foot re-stuck and a rim chip 1 has three rim chips 1 has a crack to the bowl 2 have a chip to the footrim. 1 wrythen moulded glass has a chip to the footrim, whilst all the others are in good condition with some typical wear to the underside of the footrims only. 1 of the three 'façon-de-venise' glasses has been broken at the neck and is in two pieces, to another, one of the arms has been broken and re-stuck at the terminals. the ruby tinted glasses are in good condition.
