- Pottery
- the largest: 28cm., 11 in. high
with twin rope-twist handles, painted 'à la bougie' with white dots on the dark blue glazed ground, together with a 'bleu persan' twin handled jardinière, enamelled in white with a flower trail, the handles splotched with dots, a Nevers bleu persan tureen and cover with twin branch handles and finial, painted in bright yellow with flowering plant and a Nevers faience blue persan twin handled jardinière, painted with flowers in ochre and white, unillustrated

Condition
Large jardiniere - restoration to rim and both handles. Two long restored cracks on each side running from rim, extending downwards and across base with some spray to interior. It is likely that the jardiniere has been in half and restored.Chips to rim and to handles and to base. Restored chips to base.
Small jardiniere- fine haircrack to rim. Some typical small glaze chips to rim, handles and to base. Circular flaw to body, approx. 0.5cm diam., revealing the unglazed body beneath.
Tureen and cover- extensive chips to rims and handles. Restoration to handle of cover.
