Description

  • PORCELAIN
  • 16cm., 6 2/8 in. high
probably modelled by J.J. Kändler, as a skater wearing a fur lined coat, warming his hands above a fire surmounted upon a shell formed cellar highlighted in gold, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue to reverse, some restoration

Condition

There is restoration to the lower left corner of the figure's coat, the tip of his left foot and the blade of his right skate, and the feather in his hat.
