Signed Margherita Burgener. Mounted in Titanium. Topaz stated to weigh 22.95 carats in total, each loupe clean, with good colour saturation. Total stated diamond weight 3.99 carats, stones bright and lively. Accompanied by case stamped Margherita Burgener. In excellent condition.
