The necklace composed of oval motifs set with cabochon sapphires, rubies and emeralds respectively, and brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 900mm, partial maker's mark for Tännler, French import marks; the ring set with a pink and green sapphire and brilliant-cut diamonds, size K, maker's mark for Asprey & Co, British hallmark for London.

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US.
