Suspending seven charms designed as various animals including hippopotamus, elephant, cat and monkey, each inset with circular-cut ruby eyes, from double cable chain linking, length approximately 175mm, charms with British hallmarks, gross weight approximately 159 grams.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US and therefore this piece may not be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
Clasp stamped 14K for 14 carat gold. Each charm stamped with British hallmarks for 9 carat gold. Gross weight approximately 159.6 grams. Rubies dark to medium red, typical inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some abrasions to facet edges. Scratches to mounts consistent with wear. Clasp fitting secure with safety catch to side. In good condition.
