Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.20 - 2.40 carats, estimated colour H-J, estimated clarity VS. Well articulated. Clasp fitting secure. In very good condition.
