Description
- Tiffany & Co.
- sapphire, diamond, platinum
Centring on a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 4.20 carats, flanked on each side by tapered baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum, signed and numbered S01599. Ring size: 5¼
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both AGL and Gübelin reports, the sapphire is natural, of Burma origin, with no indications of heating and clarity enhancement. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of medium deep, strong blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are only minor inclusions close to a prong, otherwise quite clean. Two tapered diamonds together weighing approximately 0.40 carat, are about H to I colours, VS clarity. Signed Tiffany & Co. to the shank.
Condition: Platinum ring mount, with signs of normal wear, overall in very good condition.
