注：宗澤（1060-1128），浙江義烏人，字汝霖。宋哲宗元祐六年（1091）進士，歷任龍遊（今屬浙江省衢州市）、掖縣（今山東省萊州市）縣令等職。宋欽宗靖康元年（1126），任磁州（今屬河北省邯鄲市）知州，因諫止康王趙構與金國議和，年底被任命為天下兵馬副元帥。後數年間積極抗金，使金軍無力南下。宗澤前後廿餘疏請高總還都開封，俱為佞臣所阻。建炎二年（1128）北伐功金前憂疾病終，逝前大呼「過河」三聲。其子宗穎及岳飛扶柩至鎮江，與夫人陳氏合葬於京峴山麓。後追贈觀文殿學士、通議大夫，諡號忠簡。留有《宗忠簡公集》。
