one depicting 'Governor Duff' seated, wearing a long-sleeved coat with a shoulder length wig beneath a wide-brimmed hat, a pet monkey climbing up one leg; the other depicting a standing Madonna holding the Christ child, wearing long robes with pendent ribbons at the front, the hair in tight curls falling to the shoulders, both covered overall in a creamy-white glaze (2)

The figure of Governor Duff with restoration to hat, left hand, right knee and monkey with associated overpainting. The Madonna and Child with restoration to the body and child, with associated overpainting to half the body.
