each of archaistic baluster form and square section, accented with crenulated flanges at each corner, with a bulging, slightly tapered belly supported on a splayed base and surmounted by a tall flared neck with a straight upright rim, decorated to the center of the vase with taotie masks, between stylized lappets to the flaring base and neck, all on a dark blue ground, the base and rim with a band of key-fret (2)
Condition
One with repairs to the corners of the mouth. Both with traces of glue that appear at the juncture of each section, as well as to some of the flanges. There are scattered chips, cracks, losses and pitting to the enamels overall.
