  • bronze
the tall slightly compressed cylinder well cast in relief with a pair of taotie mask handles suspending mock loose rings set to either side, all supported on three crouched-monkey-form legs, the surface with a mottled dark olive-brown patina, the base with an apocryphal Xuande mark
