Description

each cover delicately carved in the form of the upper torso of a quail with its head turned towards its right, its plumage and elongated tail intricately incised, the fitted box in the form of its lower body, all supported on its clawed feet, the translucent stone of an even white colour

The overall condition is very good with only some expected minute nicks to the extremities.
