the shallow rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, the exterior applied with an even coral-red glaze, the interior painted with a medallion enclosing a reclusive fisherman fishing by calm waters whilst sitting on a thick gnarled branch of a barren overhanging tree, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark within a double circle

Condition

The overall condition is very good with only some typical pinholes, minor wear to the enamels and minute kiln grits.
