The overall condition is good. The head has a few minor nicks to the edges of the carving, the largest chip measuring approximately 0.1 x 0.1 cm to the tip of a leafy stem near the centre. The central plaque has a minute chip of approximately 0.2 x 0.1 cm in size to the branch.
