Description

the flattened pear-shaped body carved on each side with cinquefoil panels of stylised chrysanthemums, below a further flower extending up the neck, set on one side with a feathery leaf-shaped handle, opposite a curved upright spout, the small domed cover set with a chrysanthemum knop, suspending a pair of rings on each side and linked to the handle by a long chain on thirty-six links, the stone of grey-green colour, wood stand

Condition

The overall condition is good. There are some expected nicks to the cover from the suspended rings. The actual colour is darker than the catalogue illustration.
