the tapering ovoid body rising to a short waisted neck, painted to the exterior with four boys at play in a garden with willow tree and plantain, all between ruyi and flame lappet bands, the rim encircled by a band of stylised floral sprays

Condition

The jar is in good condition with the exception of a light polish to the rim minor frits on the edge of the rim, scattered tiny glaze iron-spots and light glaze scratches.
