the deep rounded sides resting on a straight foot, finely incised around the exterior with two five-clawed dragons striding among flames above turbulent waves in pursuit of flaming pearl, covered overall in an egg-yolk yellow glaze, save for the base left white and inscribed with a six-character reign mark

Condition

There are two circa 6 and 8cm., wide areas of over-painting to the rim and side of the body, one covering a circa 8cm., hairline crescent-shaped rim crack and an associated 3cm., hairline rim crack.
