the rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to an everted rim, covered overall in a copper-red glaze save for the white-glazed base, the six-character mark in underglaze-blue within a double-circle

A Japanese Private Collection.

Condition

The dish is in good condition with the exception of a light polish to the rim and light glaze scratches.. It should be noted that the glaze is of a slightly lighter tone than the catalogue illustration would suggest.
