the slender baluster body rising from a spreading foot to a waisted neck flaring at the rim, the exterior covered in a rich copper-red glaze pooling slightly at the foot and draining to white at the rim, suffused with a network of fine crackle throughout, the interior and underside of the base covered with a crackled mushroom-coloured glaze

Condition

The vase is in good condition with the exception of the base being over-sprayed possibly covering a drill hole, and minor glaze firing imperfections including burst glaze bubbles and iron-spots.
