each naturalistically modelled as a standing goose, one looking to the left, the other to the right, their backs and wings forming the removable covers, the bodies are rendered in shades of green enamel, the wing and tail feathers in shades of aubergine and the beaks and feet are gilded

Condition

The censers are in very good condition with the exception of very minor rubbing to the gilding.
