each of rectangular form, decorated in mirror image depicting foreigners, elephant and Buddhist lion carrying tributes in a landscape with two bats in flight, cragged rocks, pine and flowers

Condition

The pair of panels are in fair condition with the exception of several tiny pulls to the material and the following minor areas of loss: (as illustrated) the top panel has a 5 x 0.5cm., area of loss to the lower edge, 4 x 0.5cm., area of loss to the middle of the panel and 6 x 0.8cm., area to the lower right side and a 5mm., diam., hole to the upper right side; the bottom panel has a 1 x 0.5cm., area of repair to the middle area. Both panels have slight discolouration and would benefit from cleaning.
