Description
- gilt bronze
cast seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base, the principal hands clasped in anjalimudra before the chest, the secondary arms raised to the shoulders in vitarkamudra, wearing a dhoti and embellished with beaded jewels, crowned with a five-leaf tiara
Condition
The figure is in good condition with the exception of loss to the top of the piled hair, loss to the attribute originally held in the raised right hand, rubbing to the gilded decoratio (predominantly the legs and arms) and light scratches and rubbing to the gilding overall. The base has been opened.
