deeply carved with a continuous landscape scene of pine, bamboo, lingzhi, prunus and wutong trees, with an open pavilion nestled behind rockwork, all framed above and below by keyfret borders
Condition
This finely carved brushpot has a repaired full length vertical split to the body, a vertical 7cm., long split rising from the base, loss to the central base section, a 2 x 10mm., and a 2 x 1mm., hole to the body, and a 4cm., rim crack.
