each of double-gourd form, supported on a short foot, flanked by a loop handle and a curved spout, painted overall with shaped flowers and birds cartouches, reserved on a powder-blue ground gilt with floral sprays and ruyi bands, the domed cover surmounted by a knop

Condition

One ewer with the middle of the spout broken and repaired. The lower body slightly misfired to a yellow tone with some pinholes. The other with a 0.8cm firing crack near the end of the handle and a 1.5x0.4cm firing flaw to the spout. The knop of the cover broken and restored. Both ewers with minor firing imperfections.
