carved in the form of two bats perched on a pair of large peaches borne on gnarled leafy branches, the stone of a greyish celadon tone with russet-brown inclusions, wood stand

Condition

There are minor chips along the extremities, such as the edges of the leaves and bat wings. The stone has russet-brown inclusions and veins, with associated flakes. The actual colour is of a more celadon tone than the catalogue illustration.
