each with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to a gently flaring rim, the exterior decorated with a red and a green five-clawed dragon, each striding among floral scrolls reaching for a flaming pearl and divided by two multi-coloured phoenix plunging towards the foot, all below a band of ruyi interspersed with the bajixiang at the rim, the interior centred with a red dragon writhing among green flames, the base inscribed with a six-character seal mark
Condition
One bowl has extensive wear and enamel loss to the interior. The foot has a 1.5cm firing crack running along it, and a 0.3cm hairline crack near this area. The other bowl has a circa 4cm U-shaped glaze line at the rim. Both bowls with general surface wear.
