each with a bell-shaped body rising from a short foot to a flared rim, the exterior painted in iron-red with two ferocious five-clawed dragons pacing amongst cloud scrolls on foaming waves, all between underglaze-blue line borders, the base inscribed with a six-character Daoguang seal mark

Collection of Austin Tydings, donated to Roland Park County School, Baltimore, Maryland in 1986.
Condition
Both in very good condition with the exception of minor glaze firing imperfections. One cup with minor kiln grit and iron spots to the interior, the foot with a burst glaze bubble.
