of leaf-shaped form, the shallow rounded sides rising from a short foot to a wide and everted rim, decorated on one side with a leaf-form handle in openwork, the rim carved in low relief with a meandering leafy floral scroll, the exterior with foliate lappet bands divided by a rope-twist band, the stone of a pale celadon tone with grey and white inclusions

Condition

This is in good condition except for a 2cm narrow section of the footrim, which has had a chip polished out.
