of vertical rectangular form, brightly embroidered with a dragon coiled around a flaming pearl below a flying crane amidst ruyi clouds, all above a pair of confronted cranes between cresting waves crashing against jagged mountains
Condition
The panel is in good condition, the colours are well preserved. There are stains to the right, particularly evident to the lower right corner, and more along the right edge of the panel. There are also some minor stains around the crane necks to the bottom of the panel. There are fraying to the threads and minor tears, such as that along the edges of the dragon's body and the border.
