the rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a flared rim, vividly painted to the interior in the style of the Master of the Rocks, depicting a sampan boat journeying across a river landscape flanked by rocky mountains, cottages and trees, the exterior with sprigs of bamboo, the base inscribed with an apocryphal Jiajing mark

This dish is in good condition, but there are some iron spots and scratches to the glaze of the interior
