the rounded sides rising from a countersunk base, the interior painted on the domed centre with a medallion enclosing a quatrefoil leaf motif, encircled by a floral scroll and a gadrooned garland enclosing joined trefoils, all below a classic scroll at the rim, the exterior rim with a band of lotus scroll above pendent spearheads and overlapping petals around the base

Condition

There are three restored cracks to the rim, 5cm, 2.5cm and 2.5cm long. Two areas of the restoration have peeled off below the rim to the exterior. There are some surface scratches to the glaze to the interior.
