each with an applied underglaze-blue moulded dragon to the shoulder and painted in iron-red and enamels with exotic birds beside lotus, chrysanthemum and prunus

Condition

Each in good general condition. Two with extensive wear to the gilding to the rim; each with minor wear to enamels and gilding elsewhere. The left hand bottle vase in catalogue image with a 4mm firing imperfection or burst air bubble to the middle of the body. The right hand bottle vase in catalogue image with speckled green enamel to the base, and an old label, possibly reading: Marchant & Son.
