the slightly flaring cylindrical body rising from three ruyi-shaped feet, painted with a  continuous scene of a scholar in a fenced garden in a landscape

Condition

Four large chips to the rim; measuring approximately 90mm; 70mm; 30mm and 25mm, with three other smaller chips and flakes. The 30mm chip with an associated L-shaped star crack measuring approximately 170mm; and the 90mm chip with an associated 10mm hairline across the top of the rim. Minor firing imperfections and scratching to the glaze elsewhere.
