Description
- Gilt bronze
seated in dhyanasana, the hands in abhayamudra, wearing a shawl and dhoti open at the chest to reveal a beaded necklace, the borders incised at the hems, the face with a benevolent expression, crowned by an elaborate headdress
Condition
Most likely missing a lotus stand; five old bronze repairs to the lower back (the largest 20mm by 14mm). Several small nicks around the base and wear to the gilding.
