densely carved in openwork with Shoulao and a clambering monkey amongst gnarled fruiting branches of peach, the stone of a greyish celadon tone with black flecks

Condition

In good general condition, with some small chips around the base and to the extremities of the openwork carving. Natural stone fissures and mottled brown inclusions. The jade of a less yellowish tone than as seen in the catalogue image.
