un groupe de deux Cupidons ailés se disputant, l'autre groupe rerpésentant deux Amour ailés, l'un muni d'un carquois, bronze à patine brune fonçé; sur des socles circulaires en marbre blanc sur pied à décor en bronze doré

Condition

Very fine and crisp bronzes with fine chiselling and finishing, and warm brown patina, cast probably in the late 18th or early 19th century. The white marble bases with some minor surface dirt and a few chips to the edges, with one repair to the lower edge (as can be seen on the photograph), one giltbronze foot has been reattached. The standing Cupid of the left group slightly loose. Very attractive and decorative groups.
