Rare. The list of subscribers numbers just 134, most from the country around Horsham, the place of publication. Only one copy is recorded at auction in the last 40 years, the Ghani copy.
"Published anonymously, [this] is an account of a journey by boat up the Tigris by four Englishmen, sometimes in the company of a Frenchman, and then cross-country by 'mules and asses' to Baghdad and thence by caravan to Aleppo and the Mediterranean" (Ghani, p.125).
