"An attack by the Dobbs group who financed the Moor-Ellis expedition, on the Hudson's Bay company's works and rights, and a petition for open trade and a grant to the group of all lands not occupied by the Hudson's Bay co. between the Bay and the Southern sea or Western ocean" (Staton & Tremaine). The work is often attributed to Dobbs and certainly written by a supporter.
