London: William Ballintine, 1806, [ii], vi, 66pp., with wide margins, 16 charts and views separately published by Dalrymple dated from November 1779 to July 1791, many folding, first issue with Ballintine colophon on p.66, on paper stock watermarked 1794 instead of 1804, and with Ballintine's colophon imprinted on the final leaf of text at p.66 instead of being at the end of the second part ["Continuation" pp.67-106], the usual second part of the text was not printed in this issue, occasional slight browning and soiling, [cf. Cook A235]
