Condition

There is dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is evidence of non-active worming throughout, especially to the back of the head. There are losses to the polychromy throughout, especially to the proper left shoulder and drapery at the bottom. There is a hole to the underside. There is stable splitting to the wood consistent with material, including a larger split to the drapery at the bottom on the proper left side. There are splits to the drapery to the reverse on the proper left side and some losses (this is possibly a separately carved section). There are small chips to the chalice.
