Condition

Overall the condition of the ivory is good with some minor wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are some small losses including to Her crown, drapery at the proper right elbow and proper left knee, and to the proper right foot. There is some minor discolouration of the drapery at the proper left shin and to the left side at the reverse consistent with material. There is some stable hairline splitting to the surface consistent with material, including to the lower edge at the front and the tip of Her nose.
