Condition

There is dirt and wear to the wood consistent with age. There are a few losses to the carving including: the upper left flower; losses to the rays at the top of the frame above and below the cherubs; losses to the reeds at the bottom (particularly on the right side); losses to some of the petals and central parts of some of the flowers. There is minor splitting to the wood consistent with material, including at the bottom right hand corner and at the visible original joints. Otherwise the condition is good.
