Catalogue Note
The first collected edition of the works of Tyndale. The woodcuts comprise the martyrdoms of Tyndale and Barnes, and an anti-papal woodcut on the final leaf, contrasting the simple word of God with the numerous tomes produced by the Catholic Church.
